Presales to Begin in October

HOUSTON, TX (Aug. 18, 2014) –  McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI) has broken ground on the Enclave at Westview, a new gated development near Memorial.

On Westview Drive one block west of Campbell Road, the Enclave at Westview will have six homesites, with traditional two-story home designs averaging 4,500 square feet and prices starting at $1 million. Presales begin in October. Coventry Homes, part of the MHI family of builders that also includes Plantation Homes and Wilshire Homes, will be the builder.

Students will attend Valley Oaks Elementary, Spring Branch Middle School and Memorial High School.
