New Home Sales Representative

Responsible for the selling and closing of homes;

Handle customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction during the buying, construction and closing process;

Generate leads, following up on provided leads, and maintaining good relationships with realtors;

Onsite at designated community (territory).

4 – year college/university degree OR

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in commissioned high ticket sales;

Customer Service background;

Ability to engage, guide and influence others;

Ability to ensure customer satisfaction through on-going concern, contact and follow up;

Excellent communication skills, organization skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills;

Possess self-motivation and initiative, including a willingness to learn and the ability to assimilate new information on an ongoing basis;

Must be computer literate;

Required to work weekends.

Valid Driver's License
