Manage construction of homes within budget;

Order material and manage inventory;

Schedule inspections;

Oversee subcontractors;

Quality control and provide superior customer service after home closes;

4 – year college/university degree

Little to no experience required;

Excellent planning, communication and organizational skills a must.

Must be computer literate.
